Teaching Assistant Apprentice

About the role

This is an apprenticeship opportunity for a Teaching Assistant at Little Aston Primary Academy. The apprentice will support teaching staff in the classroom, assist in the development and implementation of pupil progress strategies, and work with individual children or small groups. Duties include implementing support strategies, assessing and recording pupil progress, delivering planned activities, organizing resources, promoting inclusive education, assisting with behaviour management, liaising with teachers, undertaking playground duties, attending training, and complying with safeguarding and health & safety procedures. The apprenticeship is for 1 Year 6 Months, with a potential for full-time employment upon completion. The training provider is HEART OF ENGLAND TRAINING LIMITED. A DBS check is required. The role is suitable for individuals with strong communication, attention to detail, organizational skills, and patience.
