About the role
Start your IT career with a friendly, growing Braintree-based technology company. Gain hands-on experience in customer service, workshop repairs, hardware, software, Microsoft 365, cloud services and cybersecurity, with structured training and clear opportunities to progress. Duties include answering calls, managing emails, welcoming customers, booking equipment, diagnosing and repairing hardware/software faults, communicating with customers, preparing IT equipment, stock control, maintaining a clean workshop, providing first-line technical support, assisting with installations and IT projects, and occasional customer site visits.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English Language grade 4/C and GCSE Maths grade 4/C.
