About the role
Beal High School is seeking a proactive and analytical IT Apprentice to join their dynamic team. The role involves supporting a diverse range of networking and server infrastructures. Key responsibilities include providing effective IT services, supporting servers, networks, Macs, and PCs, creating and updating documentation, managing IT hardware, troubleshooting software, handling backups and data restoration, managing user accounts via Active Directory, logging issues on a helpdesk system, and liaising with second and third-line support. The ideal candidate will possess IT skills, attention to detail, strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills. Essential GCSEs in English at grade 4 or above are required.
