This Level 3 Apprenticeship is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in recruitment. The role involves delivering excellent service to candidates, sourcing candidates, writing and posting job adverts, pre-screening and interviewing candidates, arranging registrations, preparing CVs, managing candidate communication, carrying out referencing, maintaining accurate records, and supporting consultants with administrative tasks. Minimum requirements include strong communication and organisational skills, a positive attitude, and IT proficiency.
