About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Tempting Recruitment Solutions in Croydon as a Recruitment Apprentice at Level 3. This role is perfect for a confident and driven individual looking to start or develop a career in recruitment. You will be responsible for delivering excellent service to candidates, sourcing candidates through various channels, writing engaging job adverts, and pre-screening and interviewing applicants. Key duties include managing candidate communication, arranging registrations, preparing CVs, conducting referencing, and maintaining accurate records on the ATS/CRM. You will also collaborate with consultants to ensure timely candidate submissions and contribute to achieving team KPIs. While previous experience in customer service, sales, or administration is desirable, it is not essential. Strong communication, organizational, and IT skills are required, along with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and work as part of a team. The apprenticeship offers a full-time position with growth opportunities within the business, including mentoring and support for career advancement.
