About the role
Jeanette Fussey Childminders is seeking a motivated and reliable Early Years Apprentice to join their busy childminding setting. This apprenticeship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on childcare experience while working towards a recognised Early Years qualification. The role involves supporting the day-to-day care, learning, and development of children aged 0-5 years, assisting in planning and participating in age-appropriate activities, and ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed. The apprentice will work alongside an experienced childminder, building positive relationships with children, parents, and other professionals. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about working with children and starting a rewarding career in Early Years.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English Language and Mathematics at grade 4 or above. Caring, Communication Skills, Friendly, Initiative, Patience, Team working, understanding.
