About the role
TDM Group Ltd is seeking an IT Support Apprentice to join their IT Services company. The role involves 1st and 2nd line IT support, configuring hardware and software, troubleshooting issues, and travelling to client sites across England. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing support role, an IT degree, and relevant IT certifications. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Math at grade 4/C or above. Experience in a 1st Line, client-facing support role, and an IT degree are required. MCP, MCITP, A+, and CCENT certifications are also necessary. Preferred knowledge includes Windows Server, Networking, Active Directory, Apple/MAC devices, and Citrix.
