About the role

As a childcare apprentice at Childbase Partnership, you will be an integral part of a team dedicated to creating safe and supportive learning environments for young children. Your responsibilities will include planning and implementing activities to enhance children's development, conducting observations linked to the early years curriculum, and interacting positively with children, colleagues, and parents. You will adhere to nursery routines and policies, manage your time effectively to meet coursework deadlines, and work towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification. This apprenticeship offers valuable practical experience with children aged 0-5 years, 'off the job' learning time, and support from an in-house trainer/assessor. Upon successful completion, you will be appointed as a qualified nursery nurse.
