About the role

This is a Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship opportunity at Childbase Partnership's River View Day Nursery in Hemel Hempstead. The role involves working as part of a team to create a safe and supportive learning environment, planning and implementing activities to enhance children's development, and completing observations. You will interact positively with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring individual needs are met and adhering to nursery policies. The apprenticeship requires successful time management for coursework submission. The apprenticeship aims to provide outstanding early years care and education, leading to a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification, Level 2 functional skills in maths and English (if needed), and a paediatric first aid qualification. Upon successful completion, a permanent contract as a qualified Nursery Nurse is offered, with potential progression to Team Leader, Deputy Manager, and Nursery Manager roles.
