About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in childcare and education. You will work as part of a dedicated team to create a safe and stimulating environment for young children, planning and implementing activities to support their development. Key responsibilities include observing children's progress, interacting positively with all nursery users, and collaborating with colleagues and parents to meet individual needs. You will adhere to nursery policies and routines, and manage your time effectively to meet coursework deadlines. Successful completion of the apprenticeship leads to a permanent role as a qualified Nursery Practitioner within the partnership, with opportunities for career progression to Team Leader, Deputy Manager, and Nursery Manager.
