About the role

This apprenticeship offers an exciting opportunity to join Childbase Partnership at their Highbury Lodge Day Nursery in Hitchin. You will work as part of a dedicated team to create a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment for children aged 0-5. Key duties include planning and implementing developmental activities, conducting observations, interacting positively with children and parents, adhering to nursery policies, and managing your time effectively to complete coursework. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will gain a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification, a paediatric first aid qualification, and potentially functional skills in maths and English. This role provides valuable practical experience and the chance for career progression within the company, with potential to move into roles such as Team Leader, Deputy Manager, and Nursery Manager.
