About the role
The Tots Team is seeking enthusiastic individuals for a Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship. This role involves supporting young children's development in a brand-new nursery setting located at Headingley Train Station. You will work with children under five, implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Birth to 5 Matters frameworks. Key responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging activities, promoting literacy and numeracy, acting as a key person, carrying out observations, managing care routines, and collaborating with parents and colleagues. The ideal candidate will be energetic, creative, and dedicated to making each day a positive experience for children. Salary is dependent on experience. Further training includes a Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid and potential Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English.
