About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our brand-new early years setting. The role involves creating a positive and enriching experience for children under five, following EYFS and Birth to 5 Matters frameworks. You will plan and deliver engaging activities, promote literacy, numeracy, and language skills, and act as a key person to support children's well-being. Responsibilities include carrying out observations, managing care routines, and working collaboratively with parents and colleagues. Safeguarding, equality, and supporting children through transitions are essential. We value energy, creativity, and initiative in our educators. Salary is dependent on experience. Shifts are Monday to Friday, with a full DBS required. On-site parking is available.
