An IT Support Apprentice is needed to join a small IT team at SHIRLEY TECHNOLOGIES LTD in Stretford. This role offers hands-on experience in 1st and 2nd line support, user onboarding, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a desire to build a career in IT. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with device setup, supporting user onboarding/offboarding, and contributing to IT projects. The apprenticeship includes direct mentoring from an experienced IT Manager, exposure to a broad range of technologies, and a recognised IT qualification.
