About the role
Join Warwickshire County Council as a Teaching Assistant Apprentice and contribute to providing high-quality, creative learning opportunities for children. This role involves supporting teachers in creating a safe, happy, and well-disciplined learning environment. You will work with individual or small groups of children to support their educational, personal, and social development, building positive relationships to aid in the completion of structured learning activities. Duties include assisting with learning activities, supporting skill development, producing learning resources, pupil supervision, monitoring and recording pupil progress, and reporting to the teacher. You will work within school policies and procedures and adhere to the relevant apprenticeship framework, completing all work in a timely manner. This apprenticeship offers a pathway to gain employment as a qualified Teaching Assistant.
