About the role
Become an Early Years Educator with IMMANUEL CHILDCARE LTD. This Level 3 apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children aged 0-5. You will work within the EYFS framework, participate in diverse activities, and support children's development, including feeding and personal hygiene. The role involves close communication with team members and parents, and providing a high level of service to the childcare setting.
Key responsibilities include teaching within EYFS guidelines, engaging children in indoor and outdoor activities, and supporting their self-care needs. You will also liaise with external customers and parents.
This apprenticeship includes 20% off-the-job training, leading to an Advanced Diploma Early Years qualification. You will receive ongoing support from experienced colleagues and a dedicated assessor. Opportunities for career progression include becoming a Level 3 Practitioner, Room Leader, or pursuing management training, primary education, or pediatric nursing.
