About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become a Level 3 Early Years Educator at Kingswood Daycare Nursery.
You will be responsible for providing an excellent range of stimulating activities that ensure children learn while having fun. This includes supporting children's learning and development through planning and observations, preparing and maintaining the nursery environment and resources, and assisting with meal preparation (breakfast, snack, and afternoon tea). You will also support children's self-help needs and be a creative and enthusiastic member of the team.
Key responsibilities include following safeguarding rules diligently, undertaking first aid training as required, and staying updated with any changes in standards or legal requirements. Ensuring all Health and Hygiene requirements are always adhered to is paramount.
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will develop into a qualified Level 3 practitioner, with the potential for a permanent position. Further career progression opportunities exist within childcare, including roles in social work, teaching, and management.
