Childcare Apprenticeship – Level 3 Early Years Educator

About the role

This apprenticeship offers an exciting opportunity to become a Level 3 Early Years Educator at ACORNS2OAKS LIMITED. You will be responsible for providing an excellent range of activities that ensure children learn while having fun, supporting their learning and development through planning and observations, and preparing and maintaining the environment and resources. Key duties include preparing food for meals, supporting children's self-help needs, and adhering to safeguarding and health and hygiene requirements. You will also undertake training as required, including First Aid and any updates to legal requirements. The role requires good communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills, along with initiative and patience. Upon successful completion, there is potential for a permanent position and career progression into roles such as Room Leader or further management training.
