About the role
Are you passionate about technology and enjoy helping people solve problems? Euro Digital Systems is looking for a Digital Support Technician Apprentice to join their team and develop valuable IT skills while gaining hands-on experience in a real working environment. This apprenticeship involves setting up and configuring printers/photocopiers, refurbishing used equipment, updating firmware, running diagnostics, assisting on installations, and working from a scheduled database to ensure timely completion of tasks. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in IT, good communication and customer service skills, a willingness to learn, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team. Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office is an advantage but not essential.
