About the role
This is an ICT Level 3 Apprenticeship role at DARK KNIGHT LTD, offering a split of 80% employment and 20% learning with Solveway Apprenticeships. The apprentice will assist with diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, support installation, configuration, and maintenance of devices and systems, manage user accounts, monitor systems, and maintain accurate records. Excellent communication and IT skills are essential. Upon completion, progression to higher apprenticeships or senior IT roles is possible.
