About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Childbase Partnership as a Childcare Apprentice at their Nursery on the Green Day Nursery in Southall. As an apprentice, you will work as part of a team to create and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment, plan and implement activities to enhance children's development, and complete observations linked to the early years curriculum. You will interact positively with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring individual needs are met. The role involves adhering to nursery routines and policies, and managing your time effectively to meet coursework deadlines. Upon successful completion of the Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification, a permanent contract will be offered, with opportunities for career progression into roles such as Team Leader, Deputy Manager, and Nursery Manager. Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Strong communication and teamwork skills, initiative, patience, and a non-judgemental attitude are desired.
