About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Childbase Partnership as a Childcare Apprentice at their Willows Day Nursery in Aylesbury. As an apprentice, you will work as part of a team to create safe and supportive learning environments, plan activities to enhance children's development, and interact positively with children, parents, and colleagues. You will adhere to nursery routines and policies, and manage your time effectively to meet coursework deadlines. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will gain a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification, a paediatric first aid qualification, and functional skills in maths and English if required. You will also benefit from a permanent contract, potentially progressing to roles like Team Leader, Deputy Manager, and Nursery Manager.
