About the role
Evergreen School is seeking a dedicated individual for a Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship. This role involves contributing to curriculum planning, assisting in lesson delivery, supporting pupils' learning activities, and fostering their development in communication, independence, and social skills. The apprentice will work closely with teachers and support staff to implement personalised learning plans and manage pupil behaviour. The apprenticeship offers a pathway to gain a Level 3 SEND Pathway Teaching Assistant qualification, with training provided by a college or training organisation. The apprenticeship is for 1 year and 6 months. Successful completion may lead to full-time employment.
Entry requirements
- GCSE Maths and English at grade 4 or above.
