About the role

Embark on a fulfilling career in adult care with the Level 2 Adult Care Apprenticeship at Caring @ Home. Key duties include delivering person-centred care, assisting with personal care, mobility, meals, and medication support. You will also be responsible for encouraging independence, maintaining records, following care plans, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding and health and safety regulations. Effective communication with service users, families, and colleagues is crucial. The apprenticeship involves completing formal training and working towards a recognized qualification.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths at A*-C/9-4 or Level 2 equivalent. Strong communication, attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential. Patience, initiative, and a caring, non-judgemental attitude are also required.
