As a SEN Teaching Assistant Apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience while developing your skills, supporting pupils in their learning, and contributing to a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere. Duties include assisting teachers with lesson preparation, providing tailored guidance to pupils, supporting behaviour management, preparing teaching materials, assisting with marking and progress tracking, adapting activities for all pupils, encouraging technology use, supporting parent relationships, and participating in training. You will uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and student welfare.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or equivalent.
