About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become a Level 3 Early Years Educator at Little George's, a 38-place private day nursery dedicated to children aged 0-5 years. You will be responsible for providing an excellent range of engaging activities that promote child learning and development, supporting planning and observations, and maintaining a stimulating, safe, and nurturing environment. Key duties include preparing food for snacks and meals, assisting children with their self-help needs, adhering to safeguarding rules, and ensuring all health and hygiene standards are met. The role requires creativity, enthusiasm, patience, and strong communication and teamwork skills. Upon successful completion, you will be a qualified Level 3 practitioner with potential for permanent employment and future career progression into various childcare-orientated roles, including social work, teaching, or management.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English: Grade 4/C, GCSE Maths: Grade 4/C. Strong communication, logical thinking, teamwork, creativity, initiative, non-judgmental attitude, and patience are essential.
