About the role
Little Petals Nursery is seeking a Nursery Assistant Apprentice to study towards an Early Years Educator Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification. This is an amazing opportunity to join a supportive and enthusiastic team dedicated to creating amazing experiences for children. The role involves assisting team members in providing high-standard care and education, liaising with staff regarding children's needs, maintaining a safe and healthy environment, and adhering to nursery policies. The apprentice will contribute to planning, ensure high-quality learning and development, and meet health and safety requirements. Daily duties include assisting with children's physical needs such as feeding, nappy changing, toilet training, and providing stimulating activities. Upon completion of the 18-month apprenticeship, the individual will obtain their Early Years Educator Level 3 qualification. There is a possibility of a full-time role after successful completion.
