About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to join INSTANT ON IT LTD as an IT Support Engineer Apprentice in London. You will work as part of the Cloud Support Team, providing IT support and guidance to clients. The role involves an initial hybrid working model of one day per week from home, progressing to two days from home. As an apprentice, you'll have a strong grasp of IT fundamentals, a passion for learning new technologies, and a knack for problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. You'll gain hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Office Suite, provide first-line IT support, manage customer queries via phone and email, and assist with hardware installations. The apprenticeship includes comprehensive training, covering Network Fundamentals, Mobility and Operating Systems, Cloud Fundamentals, and IT Business Principles, delivered remotely by JBC SKILLS TRAINING LIMITED. Upon successful completion, a full-time opportunity may be available.

Entry requirements

  • GCSEs in English, IT (Grade C/4 or above), and Maths (Grade C/4 or above).
