About the role

An exciting apprenticeship opportunity for an Apprentice Industrial Radiographer at WILLIAM COOK CAST PRODUCTS LIMITED. This role involves assisting experienced NDT technicians in performing radiographic inspections, preparing cast components, learning and following detailed inspection procedures, and supporting the interpretation of NDT results. You will maintain accurate records, observe equipment calibration, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. The apprenticeship includes both on-the-job and off-the-job training, leading to recognised NDT qualifications. A basic understanding of engineering or manufacturing processes is advantageous. Upon successful completion, there are opportunities to progress into a qualified NDT Technician role, gain further certifications, and explore broader career paths within the company.
