About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become an Early Years Educator at Level 3. You will gain hands-on experience supporting children's learning and development through play, planned activities, and daily routines. Working under the guidance of experienced practitioners, you will develop essential skills in fostering a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment. Key responsibilities include assisting with planning and delivering engaging activities, building positive relationships with children and parents, supporting children's personal care needs, and observing their progress. You will also learn to follow safeguarding and health & safety policies, work collaboratively as part of a team, and contribute to maintaining a stimulating learning environment. The role involves communicating with parents/carers and senior staff, attending training, and taking responsibility for your professional development.
