About the role

ASG WELLNESS BEING LTD is seeking an AI Support & Productivity Apprentice to assist colleagues in maximizing the use of digital and AI tools. The apprentice will provide first-line support, onboard and train users, log and prioritize support requests, diagnose and fix technical issues, configure user accounts and software, and conduct basic data analysis. The role also involves supporting continuous improvement projects, ensuring adherence to data security and GDPR policies, researching new tools, and managing workload effectively. Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above. Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, presentation, administrative, number, analytical, logical, teamwork, creativity, initiative, and patience skills are essential.
