About the role

ASG WELLNESS BEING LTD is seeking an IT SUPPORT APPRENTICE to join their team in WATFORD. This role involves being the on-site IT presence, handling physical setups, fixes, and acting as a liaison between the office and the online support team. Responsibilities include PC setup, software installation, hardware troubleshooting, basic network support, and data entry and reporting using Excel and CRM systems. The apprentice will also utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency. The apprenticeship is for 1 Year 6 Months and will involve training towards an ICT (Information Communications Technician) Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard.

Entry requirements

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and maths, grade 4/C or above. Genuine interest in IT, comfortable being the on-site presence for a remote/online support team. Confident using Excel (formulas, pivot tables, formatting) to produce reports. Happy switching between hands-on IT tasks and data/reporting work on the same day. Patient, methodical and good at prioritising. Right to work in the UK.
