About the role
Join Johnsons Volkswagen Solihull as a Parts Advisor Apprentice and become a vital part of our operations. You'll be responsible for managing a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories, including ordering, selling, and stock control, to meet the needs of our trade counter customers and workshop team. This role involves providing advice to customers, taking sales orders, maintaining an ordered stock room, and liaising with internal teams. We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual eager to build a long-term career with excellent progression opportunities. Training will be delivered through a blend of virtual and face-to-face sessions at a state-of-the-art training centre, with all costs covered. Upon successful completion, you'll receive a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Standard qualification and brand-specific certifications.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English, Maths and Science at grade 9-4.
