Recruiter Apprentice

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Recruiter Apprentice to join the team at WINNER RECRUITMENT (BIRMINGHAM) LTD. This apprenticeship is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in recruitment. You will learn how to attract, assess, and place candidates while developing strong communication, organisational, and professional skills. Key responsibilities include supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, writing and posting job adverts, screening CVs, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, updating applicant tracking systems (ATS), building candidate relationships, assisting with compliance checks, and providing general administrative support to the recruitment team. The training will be delivered entirely in the workplace with a dedicated tutor providing one-to-one sessions and a bespoke curriculum.
