Along the way, you’ll achieve a Level 5 Diploma and professional qualification with Accounting Technicians Ireland (ATI), with the opportunity to progress towards qualification with Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland (ICAI). You will support clients by helping them manage tax compliance and advisory challenges, gaining exposure to how tax impacts business decisions. You will analyse financial information and apply tax legislation to develop practical, insight-led solutions. You will collaborate with colleagues across teams, including audit and global EY teams, on real client projects. You will build relationships and expand your network across EY to support your career development. You will study towards a professional qualification, which requires attending in-person courses, self-study and sitting exams. You will attend EY learning courses to continually learn new skills. You will regularly meet your support network including your Career Counsellor, and Apprenticeship Coach to track your performance and help you progress your career. Please note: If you are successful in securing an offer you will be required to remain in Northern Ireland for the entire duration of the programme. The offer cannot be transferred to any other EY location in the UK or Ireland.
