About the role
This apprenticeship offers a practical path into the telecommunications sector, providing the skills needed for a successful career. Apprentices will learn to interpret customer needs, troubleshoot and fix faults, and maintain secure data practices. Key duties include managing workloads, communicating with stakeholders, and performing system maintenance. The role involves hands-on experience with IT, communications systems, cabling, and network testing. Some occasional customer site visits may occur, accompanied by a mentor. A driving licence is a useful asset. Upon completion, apprentices will gain an ICT qualification.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above.
