About the role
The Rudd Group is seeking an Apprentice Van/Customer Service Assistant to join their team in Nottingham. This role offers hands-on experience supporting Installation Technicians, developing customer service, communication, and organizational skills. You will learn about the installation and servicing of gaming and amusement equipment. Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, assisting with equipment installation and removal, preparing vehicles, maintaining a safe depot environment, and gaining business administration experience in areas like planning, customer contact, licensing, and stock control. The apprenticeship includes both on-the-job and off-the-job training delivered by Access Training (East Midlands) Ltd. Upon successful completion, a permanent role may be offered.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English (4-9) and GCSE Maths (4-9), strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organization, customer care, problem-solving, administrative, and team working skills. Initiative, a non-judgmental approach, and physical fitness are also required.
