About the role
We are seeking a caring, creative and organised Early Years Apprentice who enjoys teamwork and supports children’s physical, emotional and intellectual development. You will encourage independence through a “help me, help myself” approach while ensuring inclusive, high-quality care. The role involves caring for and supervising children in a safe, nurturing environment, learning to plan and prepare engaging activities, working closely with parents to set and review developmental targets, communicating effectively with colleagues to support best practice, and promoting equality and inclusion.
