The ideal candidate is someone eager to learn, motivated to tackle real-world IT challenges, and ready to develop their skills through hands-on experience. The successful apprentice will join a supportive and friendly technical team.

Duties include setting up client accounts, communicating technical advice, using a ticketing system, troubleshooting with various tools, performing diagnostics on equipment and network infrastructure, and configuring hardware.

This Level 3 apprenticeship provides hands-on experience in technical support, from device configuration to software support, performance optimization, and virtual environment setup. With a unique curriculum and one-to-one support, you'll accelerate your skills and gain the qualification and confidence needed to thrive in IT.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English (grade 5) and Maths (grade 4), along with communication skills, IT skills, attention to detail, customer care skills, problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and teamwork.
