About the role
Join Balfe's Bikes Ltd as a 1st Line IT Support Technician Apprentice and become the first point of contact for all IT-related queries. You will be responsible for logging, prioritizing, and resolving a wide range of hardware, software, account, network, and printer issues. This role involves guiding users through solutions, documenting actions, and escalating complex problems. You will support colleagues across retail stores, offices, and warehouses, troubleshoot equipment, resolve common IT problems, and assist with setting up new user accounts and equipment. The apprenticeship offers a comprehensive training program, leading to a Level 3 qualification, with opportunities for career progression in IT support.
Entry requirements
- GCSE Maths and English at grade 4 (C) or above. Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organizational, customer care, problem-solving, administrative, logical, teamwork, initiative, and patience skills.
