Join Compass Group UK & Ireland as an Apprentice Retail Supervisor and take the first step towards building a rewarding career in Healthcare Catering Management through a nationally recognised apprenticeship programme. You will support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, supervise a front-of-house team, deliver excellent customer service, handle enquiries and complaints, and prepare food. You'll also be involved in opening/closing procedures, cash handling, food safety, health and safety compliance, and training new team members. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership and catering skills within a healthcare setting. The apprenticeship is 1 year long, with a start date of 07/11/2026. The role requires good communication, IT, and number skills, along with a customer-focused and adaptable approach. Candidates must be aged 18+ and willing to undergo a DBS check.
