About the role
Embark on a culinary journey as an Apprentice Chef with Compass Group, a leading hospitality provider. This Level 2 apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to high standards. You will learn essential skills in food storage, stock management, and maintaining impeccable hygiene in the kitchen. This role involves working with kitchen machinery, adhering strictly to food safety and health and safety regulations, and supporting the wider kitchen team. Ideal for individuals with a passion for food, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a desire to gain a nationally recognised qualification in the catering and hospitality sector. Upon completion, there is a clear career progression path to a Level 3 Chef de Partie role. Additional requirements include being 18+, willing to undergo a DBS check, and possessing a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
