About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to join BSI ASSURANCE UK LIMITED as a Digital Support Technician Apprentice in London. The role involves supporting colleagues across various IT teams to leverage digital workplace technologies, AI-powered productivity tools, and modern working methods. The apprentice will gain hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, collaboration platforms, and other productivity tools while working towards an AI Support & Productivity Technician Level 3 apprenticeship. Key responsibilities include providing first-line support for digital technologies, assisting users with workplace technology issues, supporting the implementation of digital solutions, and contributing to knowledge articles. The role also focuses on AI and productivity enablement, helping colleagues use AI safely and effectively, and supporting training sessions. Stakeholder and user experience support involves gathering feedback, assisting with surveys, and identifying areas for improvement. AI-enhanced support and troubleshooting will be a key aspect, utilizing AI-assisted tools. Cyber security and data protection awareness will also be promoted. This is a genuine apprenticeship opportunity.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or above. Excellent communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills. A strong interest in technology and AI, tech-savviness, a can-do attitude, motivation, and good Microsoft Office skills are essential.
