About the role

Join CORSTORPHINE & WRIGHT LTD as an IT Support Apprentice in Birmingham. You will become an integral part of the internal IT team, providing practical technology support across the company's studios. This role offers hands-on experience in preparing and deploying devices, assisting new starters, managing IT assets, and helping colleagues with everyday technology challenges. Duties include device deployment and configuration, new starter/leaver processes, asset management, workstation setup, mobile device support, meeting room technology, printer troubleshooting, user administration, and documentation. You will also support technology rollouts, improvement initiatives, and business applications, including Microsoft 365 and Intune administration, user provisioning, device compliance, and security housekeeping. The apprenticeship provides comprehensive support, allowing for increasing independence as your capabilities develop. This role offers a flexible approach to work, with a commitment to regular review and discussion of job descriptions.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or equivalent, or Level 2 Key Skills/Functional Skills. Must hold valid residency status and have the right to work in the UK.
