About the role
TD CONSTRUCTION TESTING LTD is seeking an Apprentice Laboratory Technician to join their team. The role involves preparing samples for testing, conducting tests on soils, aggregates, concrete, and asphalt for strength and density. You will be responsible for accurately filling out test documentation electronically, checking equipment calibration, and adhering to quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures. This physically demanding role may involve lifting sample bags weighing between 20-25kg and assembling materials for testing. Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company, with the potential for progression to a permanent full-time position and further apprenticeship opportunities.
