About the role
Join LITTLE 1 NURSERY LTD as an Early Years Apprentice and contribute to creating a warm, friendly, and stimulating environment for children aged 3 months to school age. Under supervision, you will be involved in all aspects of childcare, including washing, changing, and feeding. You will act as a key worker for a small group of children, undertaking observations and planning. This role involves assisting with the personal and emotional needs of children, safeguarding their welfare, and adhering to nursery policies and procedures. You will complete all work to set timescales. This apprenticeship offers the chance to gain a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, functional skills in Maths and English, and Paediatric First Aid. Training will be delivered through work-based visits and dedicated coursework time. Upon successful completion, there may be an opportunity for a full-time position and further training. Please ensure you can travel to the nursery daily.
