About the role
Ambourne House Day Nursery is seeking a dedicated and passionate Childcare Apprentice to join their team. This apprenticeship offers the opportunity to study towards an Early Years Educator apprenticeship at Level 3. The apprentice will be responsible for supporting the care, learning, and development of children aged 0-5 years, creating a safe and stimulating environment, and promoting children's wellbeing. Key duties include assisting with the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, planning and delivering engaging learning activities, observing children's progress, and developing positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. The role also involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and attending all required apprenticeship training sessions and coursework. Upon successful completion of the 18-month apprenticeship, there is a possibility of being offered a full-time role.
