About the role
BAM Site Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and hands-on individual to join their team as a Level 3 Electrical Apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity to learn from industry professionals, gain practical experience on real projects, and work towards a nationally recognised qualification. The role involves assisting with planned preventative maintenance, reactive and emergency breakdown tasks, and ensuring all duties are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures. The apprentice will also be responsible for reducing energy consumption on site and overseeing visiting sub-contractors regarding work standards and Health and Safety. Progression beyond the apprenticeship is supported through professional development discussions and goal setting, and the successful candidate will be a permanent member of staff from day one.
