About the role

You will be working towards an Advanced Diploma Early Years, gaining invaluable experience with children aged 0-5. This 14-month program emphasizes dedication, commitment, and punctuality. Duties include creating engaging and safe environments, teaching within EYFS requirements, participating in various activities, supporting children's self-care needs, and communicating effectively with colleagues and parents. The role also involves liaising with external customers to provide a high level of service.

This apprenticeship offers significant career progression opportunities, including the potential for a full-time position, advancement to Room Leader, management training, and pathways into primary education or paediatric nursing. The training is primarily workplace-based, with initial online learning for 8 weeks. Entry requirements

• GCSE Maths & English at Grade C/4 or above, or Functional Skills Maths & English Level 2.
