About the role

Embark on an Early Years Specialist Apprenticeship with Creative Explorers in London. This Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship focuses on working with children aged 0-5, leading to an Advanced Diploma in Early Years. You will be responsible for creating a fun, engaging, and safe environment, teaching within the EYFS framework, participating in activities, supporting children's self-care, and communicating effectively with staff and parents. The apprenticeship requires dedication, commitment, and punctuality. Successful completion offers progression to a Level 3 practitioner with potential for a full-time role, and opportunities for further development into positions such as Room Leader or management training. The training involves a blend of online learning for the initial 8 weeks and on-the-job experience within the nursery.

Entry requirements

• GCSE Maths & English C/4 or above, or Functional Skills Maths & English Level 2 Pass. Essential skills include communication, IT, attention to detail, organization, customer care, problem-solving, presentation, administration, numerical skills, logic, teamwork, creativity, initiative, being non-judgmental, patience, and physical fitness.
